It’s all about energy – frequency pattern – life force – consciousness. Each of these terms can be used to describe the hidden potential that is locked within the crystalline structure of the salt and only waiting to be released. If we examine the universe around us, we’ll find that everything is made from the same thing. The terms or words we use to describe this “thing”  vary according to our individual perceptions and knowledge. What a physical scientist refers to as energy or frequency pattern is exactly the same as a biophysicist means when he/she uses the term life-force or information. A Swiss scientist named Carlo Rubbia won the Nobel Prize for his work with energy. He proved that everything that exists in the physical universe is made of energy, and he discovered the formula that revealed exactly how many units of energy were needed to make one single unit of matter. Thus proving that everything is indeed energy. Of course energy cannot be seen, touched, or heard. But we can see the results of energy when we switch on a light or step on the gas pedal in our car.

So how does this energy–life force–information–consciousness materialize or come into form? Let’s look at the word “information”. Coming into form. When this energy slows down, it comes into form, it materializes. Just as when water vapors slow down, they turn into water. By applying energy to water in the form of cold, we can change the water into ice. This is the solid form of water vapors. The only thing we did was to slow the energy down by freezing it.

of Everything

Knowing that all matter in the universe is frozen energy (proven by the Nobel Prize winning Swiss scientist, Carlos Rubbia) and that all things that come into form possess one of only 5 possible geometric shapes, called Platonic Bodies, we can see that it is the geometric shape of an object that determines its inherent energy pattern or pattern of information. There are no other forms in all the Universe. Whenever energy–consciousness–life force–information materializes, it must materialize into one of these five geometric forms. And the geometric form determines the energy-information-consciousness-life force content. Water possesses the geometric form of a tetrahedron, like that of the Pyramid. Therefore it is crystalline in structure. Salt takes on the form of a Cube, also crystalline in structure. Actually, the cube of salt is composed of light quanta, called photons, which are pure light energy. Because both are crystals, both have the ability to store and transmit information–energy–consciousness–lifeforce. Trapped within the crystalline structure of the crystal salt, within its Platonic body, is the energy of the sun which evaporated the primal ocean some 250 million years ago. The energy is stored in the grid structure of the salt.

By adding water, the force of the grid can be overcome, so that the energy it holds can be liberated. In this process, the elements within the crystal salt are ionized, allowing them to penetrate the body’s cells. This creates an ocean of energy, Sole, waiting only to create and sustain life.

Actually, the elements within the salt, what we call minerals, are too only energy potentials, or electrical charges. Remember, everything in the universe is made of energy–information–frequency patterns–life force–consciousness. And all these words describe the same “thing”. If all there is is energy, then we can now understand the relationship of this energy to the food we eat and to our own physical body, made also of the same energy. That’s why it’s so critical to receive the energy in its original form, not manipulated or changed in any way. Remember, it’s the information content in the food that our body is needing, not the material. So if we eat those foods that are full of the energy–information potential that our body is designed to recognize and utilize (metabolize and assimilate), then we are guaranteed to have a balance of energy.
The incredibly complex structures of plants serve a very important purpose in preparing energy into a food that our body can recognize and accept. If we look at a plant or a tree, we can see that it exists partially below the ground and partially above the ground. They have roots and leaves. The part of the plant existing below the ground relies on the part above and visa versa.

Because the human body cannot derive energy directly from eating rocks or soil, the plants and trees have come into form to prepare the energy–information for us. When a farmer looks at the soil, he/she looks for the electrical potential. Without this electrical potential in the soil, nothing can grow properly. The plant roots, firmly embedded in the soil, are nothing more than antennae, tuned to specific frequency patterns. The soil is composed of rocks (silicate), also having crystalline structure, emitting specific frequency patterns. With the law of attraction or receptivity, the roots attract the specific frequencies (minerals) from the soil, in their pure energy form as charges or electrical potentials. If we look at an electron, we see a specific electrical charge, not matter. It is at this atomic level that the transmitting and transportation of the minerals (as energy potentials) takes place. The plant juice becomes saturated with these specific energy patterns from the soil. When we eat a piece of fruit or a vegetable, we receive the energy in the form (information) of + or - charges. Each of the so-called minerals and vitamins are nothing more than energy charges, not having material bodies.

If we change or alter the energy–information–life force–consciousness by cooking or processing the food in any way, we are altering the energy-information besides the material structure. And, because it’s the energy-information that the body is looking for in the food, it too suffers from an energy deficit if it doesn’t get what it needs. Sure, the body can exist, for some time, on only the material of which the food is composed. But if not given the proper information, the body will begin to produce symptoms of the energy-information deficit, telling us to replace or rebalance the deficit. If not rebalanced, the deficit will further erode into disease, the body’s reaction to not getting the energy-information it requires. But, by simply giving the body the information it needs, we can regain our health, which is nothing more than an energy-information balance. Excess information–energy given to the body manifests as vitality! The body is like a living battery, always needing recharging. The charging comes from the living food. This doesn’t mean that you need to eat only raw food yourself. But recognize that when you eat food that is “dead”, it’s dead because the body cannot recognize the energy-information it requires. Our body does not need to metabolize the crystal salt in order for its energy to enter directly into our cells. Salt has a very unique property. When we submerge a crystal of Himalayan salt into water, it dissolves, creating Sole, the liquid materialization of the sun’s energy. Sole is neither water nor salt. No Thoughts and No Actions Without Salt
Remember, energy and information are two terms used to describe the same thing. Even the simplest processes in our body need salt, or its inherent elements (ionized energy). Our nervous system is really a sophisticated energy network. It transmits stimulation that is recorded via sensory input (all of our senses are actually energy receptors, our eyes receive waves of energy–information in the form of light frequencies, our ears receive sound frequencies or patterns of energy and our nose senses odors, also electrical charges in the atmosphere) Everything in the universe works by the fundamental principals of energy! Anyway, these sensory inputs that travel to our brain are passed on to to our muscles in order for them to react to the respective stimuli (electrical current). An electric potential occurs on the membrane wall of a cell when the positively charged potassium ions leave the cells and the positively charged sodium ions cannot enter due to their size. The outside becomes positively charged and the inside, negatively charged. When a nerve cell is stimulated, its membrane suddenly becomes polar opposite and is permeable for the sodium ions, allowing the electrical charge to enter. Without the elements of potassium and sodium is salt, none of this is possible. Not even a single thought, let alone an action, is possible without their presence. First comes the thought, a wave of energy received in the brain. This thought is nothing more than an electromagnetic frequency. Osmosis - The Principal of Metabolism
Osmosis, the transfer of liquids from one cell to another, is managed by the salt concentration in the cells.
